Today was the first day after the clocks went back and it’s that time of year again when I only see daylight at home during the weekends. Dark mornings and nights on the commute to and from work. It’s not my favourite time of year I must be honest but there are still photos to be taken. The other night I got out my new Nikon lens and shot the moon… I was surprised at the results! I’m going to use it again to try and get better light trails than last year. Maybe I could perfect the landscape/star trail shot that I was never quite happy with last year. Anyone else got any cool ideas for shooting at night? I may try get some cool city pictures from a wintry Kyiv in the Ukraine next month.
